Robert Palmer

Robert M. N. Palmer has represented clients in complex product liability litigation in over 34 states. He has tried over 60 jury trials as lead attorney and has obtained verdicts and judgments for his clients in excess of $100,000,000, including a recent verdict in St. Louis County Missouri for $21,000,000.

Mr. Palmer is past-President of Attorneys Information Exchange Group; Vice President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys; a Certified Civil Trial Advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy; serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association of Justice; is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and International Society of Barristers. He is the recipient of the Orrin G. Hatch Distinguished Trial Lawyer Award for 2009 from the Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University. He was awarded his law degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Mr. Palmer lectures nationally to bar and professional trial associations on numerous topics including pretrial-discovery, evidence, use of experts, use of focus groups, and the issue of preemption. He has also authored numerous articles which have been published in national trial magazines.
